We worked with the community to develop and refine a set of Community Place Principles to define community priorities. You can read the Community Place Principles for Frome Gateway here.
Using the Community Place Principles and what we’ve learned about the community and the area, we’ve now developed a draft Frome Gateway Regeneration Framework, to describe how the area could change over the coming years. You can read the full document here.

MRP Bristol Ltd is proposing to redevelop the former Staples and Nisbets site on Houlton Street into a vibrant, new mixed-use development that encompasses build to rent apartments, social and affordable housing and student accommodation - with community at the heart of the scheme with the creation of a new community hub.
