Have your say now

On Monday 23 October, a six-week consultation on the draft Frome Gateway Regeneration Framework commences. The framework sets out the proposed vision, strategy and priorities to guide the long-term transformation of the land either side of the River Frome in St Jude’s. The regeneration will see the area change from predominately industrial warehousing to a new residential-led neighbourhood with new homes, better community and public spaces, improved green and blue spaces (including the River Frome) and new job opportunities.

Complete the survey

Below you will find the full draft Frome Gateway Regeneration Framework. The full framework is 106 pages long so we have condensed this into an 36 page summary version which is also found below, along with important supporting documents.

Engagement with the community and local stakeholders has been undertaken throughout the development of the regeneration framework, but we are now seeking your views once again on the draft proposals. The consultation is the final opportunity to give feedback before the draft regeneration framework is finalised and presented to Bristol’s Cabinet in early 2024 for approval. If approved, the framework will then be used to guide planning applications and investment in the area over the next 15 years.
