The plans include new student homes, community space or affordable workspaces and opening up access to the River Frome. The site forms part of Bristol City Council’s Frome Gateway Regeneration Area and the plans support the Frome Gateway vision and framework.
The local community is being encouraged to share ideas for how new ground floor spaces could support the local community, their priorities for the new riverside and outside spaces, as well as their questions about student homes and views on integrating students into the community.
